1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, downloading, or accessing the Duora mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Account Creation & Partner Pairing
Duora is designed for two paired individuals. Account pairing requires mutual consent via a secure invite code or link generated within the application.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your device and invite credentials.
3. Community Standards & Acceptable Use
You agree to use Duora in a respectful and lawful manner. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:
- Uploading illegal, non-consensual, or infringing content.
- Attempting to bypass multi-tenant security filters or access media belonging to other couple accounts.
- Interfering with server performance, reverse engineering, or scraping the application API.
4. Intellectual Property
Duora and its original content, features, mascot designs, branding, and graphics remain the exclusive property of Duora Inc. All rights reserved.
5. Service Availability & Modification
We continuously update Duora to introduce new relationship features and daily prompts. We strive for maximum service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted server access at all times.
6. Termination
You may unpair your relationship or delete your account at any time in the app settings. Duora reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate community safety rules.
